This MA-39-tested and patented product developed in Austria is a membrane-forming coating (KaWaTech®), for application to a subsurface which needs protection.
KaWaTech® is a unique membrane-forming coating which is water-repellent, resistant to frost and salt (important for protecting the building in winter when de-icers are used)
but breathable which means it is permeable to air.
Applying KaWaTech® by rolling or spraying creates a continuous transparent film which protects the treated surface from environmental effects and pollution.
The finished membrane prevents water penetrating from outside because water drops are too large and cannot get through the pores in the membrane due to surface tension.
